Small, local contracting company

We work predominately in the City limits of San Luis Obispo though do occasionally work in adjacent cities.
We replace underground utilities on private property and in the Public Right-of-Way, (Street and City sidewalk).

The California State Contractor License Board has us licensed as Engineering Contractor and General Building Contractor. License Number 807963.

+We repair and replace house foundations with a variety of methods. We have engineers we work with as the scope of work increases in complexity or requirements by the permitting agency.
+We repair and replace underground utilities. Sewer lines are the majority of this work given they have a finite life span and are greatly affected by tree roots and soil subsidence. We do open trench and trench-less installations.
+We repair and replace concrete on private property and in the Public right of Way, (City side walks and driveway aprons, including street sections).
+We install foundation drainage and have a variety of micro excavation equipment to de-water property and under-house flooding/dampness issues.

Most mornings you will find us in the shop between 5 and 6 AM. After that we are mobilizing to our job and likely the answering machine will take your phone call but we do return calls at day’s end.
